PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT

The CHaSCP will operate within the strategic frameworks established by the NHS Board and the local authority (including those agreed for Joint Planning across the partners). There will be planning agreements to ensure that the CHaSCP activities are fully integrated into the corporate governance arrangements of the statutory organisations. The CHaSCP will be responsible for the planning and development of services it directly manages and will participate in the development of the full range of services for its population. The CHaSCP will lead the joint planning process for the service areas associated with Joint Future through its Planning Partnerships. Planning Partnerships are seen as an essential element in the continued planning and development of joint services. These will include:

  • Mental Health Services
  • Learning Disabilities
  • Older People's Services
